Our office location is 432 South Main Street in the heart of Bel Air, MD.  The front of our building faces Main Street, with entrances both on Main Street and Kenmore Avenue directly across from Bel Air High School.

John Philip - President / Agency Owner

With over 29 years of service as a licensed Property, Casualty, Life, Health, and Financial Services professional, John enjoys meeting with his clients on a regular basis.  Nationwide Insurance Company has awarded John and his staff the highly regarded “On Your Side” customer service certification.  John Philip Insurance is also a “Farm Certified Agency.”

Having resided in Harford County for over 27 years, John proudly sponsors many local sports teams through his advertising and community service efforts.  John has four children which include his three daughters, Tina, Malisa, and Alicia, along with his son, John Landon.  He is an avid golfer, an animal lover and Baltimore Ravens fan.  He as two French Bulldogs, Paulie and Charlotte. John is a Notary Public offering notary service to all his clients.

Donna Young-Philip – Associate Agent / Office Manager

Donna has been a licensed Property, Casualty, Life, and Health agent for over 17 years.  In additon to her office manager responsibilities, Donna in skilled in all lines of insurance, but she is considered our commercial, farm, and flood insurance specialist.  Donna is a graduate of Bel Air High School, and Towson State University with a degree in Mass Communications / Advertising / Sales, as well as she holds her certification to teach secondary English.

Donna has one son, John Landon, who is the light of her life.

Dawn Clampet – Associate Agent / Customer Service

Dawn has been a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent working in the industry for over 9 years.  She is our personal lines sales and service specialist, as well as our brokered business manager.  Dawn is also a Notary Public offering notary service to our clients.  Dawn is a graduate of Bel Air High School, and Nationwide’s Personal Lines Sales and Service School.

Dawn and her husband are the proud parents of a new baby boy, and she is lucky to still be able to work in the industry she loves.

Julie DiFuccia – Associate Agent / Customer Service

Julie joined our insurance team in the summer of 2011. Julie is our retention specialist and she is always ready to help in any way she can.  Julie has many years of supervisory and management experience in the retail world, and there is no issue she can’t handle.

Julie is a graduate of The Catholic High School of Baltimore, and she and her husband Bob have three daughters – Morgan, Veronica, and Rachel.

Maria Jenkins – Associate Agent / Customer Service

Maria has been in the insurance industry for over 13 years, and is fully licensed. Her experience and dynamic personality make her a pleasure to have around. Maria goes above and beyond when it comes to advising and servicing her clients. Her follow up skills are unmatched, and you can always feel confident in her abilities when she is handling your account.

Maria has been married to her husband Michael for almost 25 years, and they love their animals! Their farm is the home of 10 cats, 3 horses, 2 donkeys, and a dog.

Carrie Drew – Associate Agent / Customer Service

Carrie is the newest member of the JPI team, yet she has been in the insurance industry since 1999. Carrie’s background in personal and commercial lines insurance, as well as marketing and customer service management, makes her an invaluable asset to our agency. Carrie always has a smile, and is ready to help you when she can.

Carrie is a graduate of Patapsco High School, and she has one daughter of whom she is very proud.
